By using VideoMag, you agree to these terms and to any additional policies referenced on this site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of the service

VideoMag is a SaaS product that generates EPUB magazines from user-provided channels and playlists. The service includes software access, recurring subscription plans, and generated digital files. No physical goods are sold through the service.

VideoMag does not download or redistribute YouTube video files. It processes publicly available metadata and text (such as subtitles) from user-provided sources to generate magazine-style content.

Accounts, eligibility, and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view. You may not use the service in a way that violates the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or trade secrets.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, repeated or meritless chargebacks, or other conduct that harms the service, users, or third parties, subject to applicable law and any payment-provider rules.

Fees, billing, and credits

Pricing and renewal terms are presented at checkout. Annual plans are billed once per year, credits are granted monthly, unused credits expire at month-end, and credits do not roll over. Credits are a usage unit, are not cash, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.

User content and rights

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content, links, playlists, metadata, or other materials you submit or instruct VideoMag to process. You may not use VideoMag to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from third-party content without proper authorization. You may not use the service to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

Generated content is intended for personal use only and must not be redistributed without proper rights.

Intellectual property

The VideoMag name, visual design, and underlying software remain the property of the operator or its licensors except as expressly licensed to you.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, the operator’s aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits; in those cases, these terms apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific output quality.

Scope and data controller

This policy describes how personal data is processed in connection with this marketing site and the VideoMag software service. The legal entity responsible for sales and tax treatment for your purchase is shown on your Lemon Squeezy order receipt. For privacy requests, contact support@videomag.io.

Information we process

We process account identifiers (such as email), authentication data, service usage and technical logs, and content you submit for generation (for example YouTube URLs, playlist identifiers, and magazine settings). Payment card details are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy; we receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and transaction references) from them.

Purposes and legal bases

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, communicate with you about your account, improve reliability, detect abuse and fraud, meet legal obligations, and (where allowed) analyze product usage. Depending on context and applicable law, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, legal obligation, or consent where we ask for it.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share data with service providers that help us run VideoMag, including hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics where used. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; their payment stack may include card networks and underlying processors (for example Stripe) strictly for payment authorization and settlement. We require processors to handle data only on our instructions and where they have a legitimate need to perform their services.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and service data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal record-keeping. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing support@videomag.io. We respond in line with applicable law. Some requests may be limited where we must retain information for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

International transfers and contact

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on mechanisms recognized for that purpose (for example standard contractual clauses or vendor certifications). Eligibility

VideoMag sells digital SaaS and downloadable EPUBs. Refunds are considered only for clear billing-side issues: duplicate charges, incorrect amounts charged, failed delivery of a paid subscription or credits where the service did not activate, or other objective errors traceable to billing or access provisioning.

Refunds are not granted for subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction with the wording, layout, or artistic choices in generated output, or because results differ from what you imagined, where the service was delivered as purchased.

How to request a refund

Email support@videomag.io with your invoice, timing, and a short description of the issue.

What is not refundable

Used credits, consumed generation, and properly delivered EPUB files are not refundable. Refunds are separate from canceling future renewals. Preference-based or “changed my mind” requests after successful delivery are outside this policy unless required by mandatory consumer law where you live.

Effective timing

Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends.

No credit rollover

Cancellation does not restore or roll over already used credits, and it does not extend access beyond the current paid period.

When a dispute is opened, we may temporarily restrict access while we review the issue and gather evidence for the payment network.
